The Triathlete’s battle with posture is forever ongoing. Biking, driving, time on the smart phone or crashing on the couch all lead to poor forward head and shoulder posture which can negatively impact performance, comfort and you health. Look after your posture by stretching your thoracic region using a posture pole, foam roller or simply a towel rolled up after each session for 5 mins. This will improve you recovery, performance and overall well-being as well as prevent injuries.
